  • Flour - 1 Cup
  • Butter - 1/2 Cup softened
  • Nuts, finely chopped - 1 1/4 Cup (optional)
  • Cream Cheese - 8 oz
  • Powdered Sugar - 1 Cup
  • Whipped Cream - 16 oz
  • Instant Chocolate Pudding - 1 Large pkg
  • Milk - 2 Cups

Chocolate Good Stuff

This is a recipe that is always made for our family holiday dinners. It is easy to make and the kids love it! It’s great to spend holiday time with family in the kitchen, especially the little ones! I hope you all enjoy it as much as our family has.

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    Combine flour, butter and 1 cup of the chopped nuts in a bowl. Press using a fork into a 9×13 inch pan. Make sure that the layer is even.
    Bake for 10-12 minutes. Let cool.
  1. 1Mix together cream cheese, powdered sugar and 1/2 of the whipped cream. Spread over cooled crust.
  2. 2Make pudding with Instant chocolate pudding mix and milk as directed on the package. Spread over cream cheese mixture.
  3. 3Cover with remaining whipped cream and top with remaining nuts (if desired). Refrigerate until ready to eat.
