Ingredients (7)

  • 1 box of golden cake mix, (or yellow)
  • 1 box of instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 can of blueberry pie filling ( you can substitute frozen or fresh blueberries rolled in flour)


  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 cup powdered sugar

SUPER EASY! It’s actually a camping recipe we’d use! but it’s so delicious we make it all the time & it’s gone in an instant!!!!


  1. 1Make cake according to box/recipe
  2. 2pour in Vanilla Instant Pudding Mix(Powder)
  3. 3mix.
  4. 4butter & flour a Bundt pan
  5. 5pour mix into the Bundt pan
  6. 6pour blueberrys over top
  7. 7cook according to cake mix directions, or 35-45 mins (at sea level) checking to see if a toothpick will come out clean, (cake should be at regular cake consistency not jiggly.)
  8. 8wait 15-20 mins for cake to cool, in pan
  9. 9cake should pull freely away from sides of the pan, flip cake over onto plate.
  10. 10Icing:
    Mix Powdered sugar, milk and vanilla in a bowl until a opaque, syrupy consistency is formed, no lumps or clumps, if you have clumping or lumps add more milk!
  11. 11pour icing over top of cake
  12. 12dig in!
