Ingredients (6)

  • 2 Pkgs Bob Evans Orginal Brats
  • 2 Green Peppers sliced
  • 2 Onions sliced
  • 1 bottle of Mustard
  • 12 Hot Dog Buns
  • 2 Bottles of Blue Moon Beer

I perfected this while tailgating at Soldiers Field in Chicago following the 85 Bears

Instructions

  1. 1In a large pan add sliced onions and sliced green peppers, and 2 bottles of Blue Moon.
    Heat on grill forming a “hot tub” for the brats.
  2. 2Grill 12 Bob Evans Brats (can do more) then place in “hot tub” to keep warm
  3. 3Place brat on a good tasting bun, add your favorite condiment, mustard, and you can add some of the cooked onions & green peppers from the hot tub.
    These go fast so make plenty!!
