Blue Moon Bluebeery Muffins

Ingredients (10)

  • 1/4c milk
  • 1/2 c. melted butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 12 oz. Blue Moon Summer Honey Wheat Beer
  • 3 c. flour
  • 1c. sugar
  • 4 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 c. fresh blueberries


This is an adaptation from a family favorite.


  1. 1Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. In large bowl beat together milk, butter,egg, and vanilla.
  2. 2Add beer, and stir. Add flour, sugar,baking powder, and salt. Stir just until combined, batter will be lumpy.
  3. 3Gently fold in blueberries.
  4. 4Fill greased muffin tins and bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.
