Blue Cheese-Yogurt Dressing

This delicious blue cheese-yogurt salad dressing is fortified with mayonnaise and enlivened with white wine vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, and a touch of sugar.

Instructions

  1. 1In a bowl, whisk together the yogurt, mayonnaise, vinegar, Worcestershire, and sugar. Season well with freshly ground black pepper.
  2. 2Stir in the blue cheese; if the mixture is too thick to be pourable, add a little milk to get it to the consistency you like. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
