Bloody Strawberry Gin and Tonic

Ingredients

  • Ice
  • 3 ounces London Dry gin
  • 1/2 blood orange
  • 1 large strawberry
  • Tonic water

Instructions

  1. 1Fill a chilled highball glass halfway with ice cubes and pour in the gin.
  2. 2Squeeze the blood orange half into the glass. Slice the strawberry thinly and drop the slices (reserving 1) into the glass before topping up with tonic.
  3. 3Stir once or twice and garnish with a strawberry slice.
