Ingredients (3)

  • 3 cups self rising flour
  • 4 tablespoons sugar (brown or white)
  • 12 ounces of Blue Moon beer

This is such an easy wonderful recipe. The bread is soft, dense and has a sourdough flavor. Delicious!

Instructions

  1. 1Pour all ingredients into a bowl and mix well. Please in a greased loaf pain and let rise on top of a warm oven for 25 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
  1. 1Baste with melted butter after 30 minutes of baking and baste again after 45 minutes of baking.
