My favorite winter dessert (but you can eat it year-round). Delicious, fat-free, fastly done, few ingredients and tastes good always. You can substitute the sugar using a powdered (safe cook) artificial sweetener.
HOW TO MAKE IT:
(1º method – the fast one)
peel and slice the bananas in a glass bowl;
mix the sugar and the cinnamon as you like it;
sprinkle the slices of banana with the mix;
put in the microwave for a few minutes.
Ok, it is ready to eat while it is warm; plain or with a scoop of ice-cream
(2º method – takes longer but looks better)
DO NOT peel and slice the bananas, just wash them and place them in a slightly deep plate (they leak some water while cooking), place them in the regular oven and cook them until the peel is black.
Mix the sugar and the cinnamon as you like it and bring it to the table in a nice small bowl to sprinkle it over each banana, when they are served and opened with one long and careful side slash). Eat the warm. Enjoy!
