1Combine beer through jalapeno in an 11×7-inch baking dish; stir well with a wire whisk. Add salmon, turning to coat. Cover and marinate in refrigerator 1 hour, turning occasionally.
2Remove salmon from dish, and discard marinade. Sprinkle curry and salt over salmon. Prepare grill. Place salmon flesh side down on grill rack brushed with oil; grill about 5 minutes. Turn salmon over and sprinkle cilantro over top. Grill another 5 minutes or until fish flakes slightly when tested with a fork.
