Apple Pie Spice

Apple pie spice, a mixture of sweet spices made in many versions, is used to season apple pie and other apple-based desserts, such as dumplings and cobblers.

Ingredients

1/4 cup ground cinnamon
4 teaspoons ground allspice
2 teaspoons ground nutmeg
2 teaspoons ground mace
1 teaspoon ground cloves

Instructions

1Combine 1/4 cup ground cinnamon, 4 teaspoons ground allspice, 2 teaspoons ground nutmeg, 2 teaspoons ground mace, and 1 teaspoon ground cloves.
