The Last Supper Club
This cocktail, a favorite among our editors, is made with the Italian aperitivo Aperol, flavored with bitter orange and herbs. This version is the one that was served at the Last Supper Club (now closed) in San Francisco.
- 1/2 to 3/4 ounce Aperol
- 2 ounces citrus vodka, such as Skyy
- 1/2 ounce grapefruit juice
- Big splash lemon juice
- 1 to 2 drops Rich Simple Syrup
1Place all ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake well, until very cold, and strain into a martini glass.
