Añejo Manhattan

Adding tequila to a classic Manhattan sounds blasphemous, but Nick Tarsi, the bar director at Boulder’s Zolo Grill, does just that.

What to buy: Navan vanilla liqueur is a vanilla-infused Cognac made by Grand Marnier. It can be found at high-end liquor stores or here.

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Stir with a bar spoon or swizzle stick and strain into a chilled glass.
