I've had some great dinners at Indonesia Restaurant in Chinatown. Staff is friendly too. Perhaps they can help you locate candlenuts.
I just saw them today at Sue's Produce on 18th and Sansom in Center City
My husband and I went to Mama Palma's recently and it was such a terrible experience! The waitstaff is SO rude--provided really bad service, and treated us poorly for asking questions. I used to love the pizza but the portions are getting smaller. I've decided that I will never return to this place again. Anybody else receive consistently bad service like we have there?
Yep exactly. The restaurant has a trucker's stop ambiance. great photos and truck horns and such. great place to go!
You have to go to this amazing Punjabi dhaba called "Horn OK Please"--really fun atmosphere, and the best punjabi food. service is stellar.
