Thanks for the great reply. A bit off topic but can you suggest any good brand of peanut oil? I am in the USA and would like to use an unrefined cold pressed peanut oil which I can buy from an Oriental store. I was visiting one store today but all the labels are in their local language and I could not figure out which is pure peanut oil and a good brand to buy. Thank you

How can we tell if the oil is unrefined and not mixed with any other cheap oil like Canola?
