I have found that the Presto 09908 Pressure Cooker / Canner Gasket; Sealing Ring & Auto Air Vent Pack is an almost identical replacement for the discontinued Wear-Ever Chicken Bucket 990024-3-8-1 seal.
Outer and inner diameters the same. Very slightly thinner.
