Hi! I am the new coffee category manager at 7-Eleven. I just found this blog and wanted to thank you all for your comments and insights! I hope you don’t mind me weighing in here — I’m just super excited about what you all have shared and about the opportunity to improve, using your feedback. You’ll be happy to know a few fun facts about 7-Eleven coffee. Most folks don’t know that we source our beans from only the best coffee growers, use only Arabica beans, and we have a dedicated coffee team that invests time and resources into sourcing and roasting high quality, well balanced coffees that we want you to not just like, but LOVE! We are also actively sourcing more and more sustainable, Rain Forest Alliance Coffees... makes me super proud!

My first official project is to evaluate and improve our current everyday coffee, Exclusive Blend. It is, and will remain, a Latin American blend of 100% Arabica beans. I plan to take what we have and make it even better! If you are an Exclusive Blend drinker, I welcome your input to help me get this right for you and our millions of other consumers! What Latin coffees do you prefer? Columbian, Mexican, Honduran, Etc? Flavor notes of Cocoa, nuts, spice? Medium intensity?
