Garcia's Mexican Restaurant on Southwest corner of Arizona Avenue and Ocotillo Road by Lowe's. Excellent fish tacos and Excellent Green Corn Tamales. Beans and Chips and Salsa are the best in town, too. Trust me. I have lived here since 1985 and know every Mexican restaurant from Tucson to Sedona and in between. Family-owned and operated. Love it. They might have other locations around the valley too but I have only eaten at this location in Chandler.
