Hi all, posting back! We ended up going to The Smith. Very competent and solid choice, the pancakes were good, although you do have to be a fan or caramel! If you like a more 'traditional' take on pancakes, this probably isn't it. Enjoyable breakfast. Thanks to all of you for your help, much appreciated

Great, thank you again! I'm leaning towards the Smith at the moment... Is there any difference (last question I promise!) between locations? There's the one in Midtown, which is closest, but actually the one near Lincoln Square would work too as I was going to head in that direction after anyway. Are they all pretty much the same?
