We're looking for someone -- could be a personal chef/caterer/restaurant/etc. to cater a 40-person event in January 2015. We want traditional Sonoran-Mex, but are hoping for something a little nicer looking than vats of beans. On the other hand, if the beans are amazing, we could do vats....
On the off chance that the OP checks this thread after all this time, I'm wondering where you ended up holding your event? We are planning a small Tucson wedding long-distance and looking for the right caterer/restaurant/venue with (ideally) Sonoran-Mexican food. Grateful for any tips!
