Oh, so sorry. I have lived here for 15 years and have found absolutely no comparison to good Chicago Pizza, NONE. I have considered having it shipped in from Lou Malnati's at a price, which can include Portillo's beef, over $100 for delivery, may do it with my next tax refund due to the culinary need!. There is nothing here and no one seems to know what it takes to make a greasy cheesy pizza in this sorry town. Guess you will have to have it shipped in as well, and I don't know how greasy it will be. Sorry for the bad news to you my friend, but it is what it is. Should you decide to move back, let me know and we can share the cost of the moving truck! :)

here are two links for you.
first one is for pizza from lou malnati's.
second one is for you to make it yourself. I have not tried the recipe but it sounds absolutely promising for italian beef.
Good luck my friend. If you no longer live here, I hope you are back in Chicago enjoying what I am not!:) Miss pizza and beef more than I can say. My favorite pizza was Rosati's in Mundelein with the "Cheef" Italian Beef Sandwich. Oh My. I will never have it again, as I will not make it back to Chicago area. So Sad. Good Luck to You.
