I'm looking for typical Polish food such as pierogi (traditional - beef, sauerkraut, potato, as well as sweet cheese),
stuffed cabbage, etc. My father was American Polish and I grew up eating these foods. The only time I've tasted food close to what he cooked was when i was in Boleslawiec and we ate at Restauracja Opałkowa Chata. It was as if I was a child again. So I"m hoping that there are some authentic restaurants there where I can enjoy the tastes of my childhood again. I of course would love atmosphere but really I'm looking for the food. It would also be nice to have a few other choice atmosphere restaurants with good food as there are 6 of us going and we'll need to eat our lunch and dinners out for 3 days.
