Sounds like they're still transitioning from counter service to table service is all. Try em in another 2 weeks & see if they've figured it out.

anti-smoking was dead in the water until "studies showed" that second hand smoke was harmful. then BANG the hammer went down. the "campaign" achieved nothing until that point.

are there really "government regulations" mandating that new supermarkets be dropped into underserved communities?

I think a fairly blah beer works pretty well with Chinese food. Something with more personality than Bud, but not so much that it fights the flavor of the food. Asahi, Kirin, Fat Tire, Sam Adams Boston Lager, Anchor Steam. Something like that.

pretty useful:

the sidebar giving open-close times, do they deliver, do they do takeout, THE ADDRESS fer gosh sakes - all the basic info that restaurants still have not figured out that people want quick & easy access to when they look up a place on the internet

photos of the place and the food

the opinions are often useful too, although I always sort by date before reading. dunno how "yelp sort" is determined, but like I said I just ignore it.

I realize this is an ancient post but since it's back:

"going out with your buddies" and "being treated to dinner as a thank you for a favor" are two different situations.

When I order a half pepperoni pizza (for example), I want the same amount of pepperoni on that half that there would be if I ordered a regular pepperoni. I do not want a whole pie's worth of pepperoni on one half of the pizza, that would be gross.

LOL. Well, if I ever run into "Tiffany J", who posted the review I quoted, I will make sure to pass along your message.

I go by the place in question a lot, it's a small gelato stand in a busy area. No personal involvement, just curious as to whether the reviewer's attitude seems reasonable?
