Thank you, gooster. Cafeteria 15L was exactly the vibe I was looking for and looked delicious. Unfortunetly they just canceled my reservation for that night because they have a buy out now. What, if any, of your suggestions or new suggestions would be similar to that? Another thread mentioned Sauced...this looks more casual and less trendy than Cafeteria 15L but may be a good option for goods. Do you know anything about Sauced? Thank you!

I don't know the Sacramento area AT ALL, but trying to find somewhere for Friday night family dinner (~10 people) including 2 children before all the wedding festivities start. Not picky on the type of food, but somewhere Downtown that is good, hip/trendy (for lack of a better word), but also okay with two well behaved kids. Any and all suggestions welcome!

Also, looking for a place for good after dinner cocktails for the grown ups after this dinner is over! So suggestions welcome on that as well!

Thank you!

We have 12 girls traveling from all over the country to celebrate a friends Bachelorette Party in Scottsdale, AZ. Most of us have not even been there so we would love some idea and recommendations for fun places to have dinner in Scottsdale. We are in our mid 20's to early 30's. It doesn't have to be super nice...just something with a fun atmosphere, good food/drinks, and where it is okay to be semi-loud (since there are 12 of us!).

Thank you!

The group is coming from all over. Two of us from Jackson, WY. Two from Atlanta, one from Vegas, one from San Francisco, one from Nashville and two from Brimingham, AL.

I know this topic has been addressed before and I've read the, but the food world in cities is always changing and I just wanted to ask again for up to date answers and opinions!

I am planning a Bachelorette weekend for March in Austin (~9 girls mid-late 20's) and I've never been so have absolutely no idea other than what I have read. We will be staying downtown right near East 4th Street and San Jacinto Blvd. Here are the meals I need to suggestions for!

Friday night: casual, fun dinner (tex mex maybe?) preferably walking distance (will either go to Esther Follies this night or just do bars like Pete's Dueling Piano bar)

Saturday brunch: again downtown/walking distance from where we are staying as we will probably do the PubCrawler after

Saturday dinner: something a little nicer than the night before (I was reading about Moonshine and Belmont...?)

Sunday night: will probably lay low and get take out....suggestions?

Monday: breakfast/brunch

Thank you sooo much! (And sorry, I know I tend to make my posts novels!)

I agree with who said The Hamilton...their food is always good. Also Lincoln (not the waffle shop but the restaurant on Vermont) is good for brunch. Georgia Brown's...never been there for brunch, but their lunch and dinner is good. And it's a little bit of a walk, but Commissary on P Street in Logan Circle has an awesome brunch.

What are some good trendy (sorry, hate the word trendy, but not sure what other word to use), but still semi casual restaurants in Atlanta that are really good? I'll be in town for a night and am going to dinner with friends. They live in the Inman Park/Virginia Highlands and Brookhaven (? i think?) areas. I've been to Fox Bros, Two Urban Licks, Mosaic, JCT Kitchen, Vortex, and Twist...so something new and I'm open to really any type of food. Thanks for any suggestions!
