This was my second-uncle's coffee shop until he returned to China recently. Perhaps I'm biased and haven't tried them all but I would profess that these are consistently the best spongecakes in town. The long-time store manager is awesome, he speaks spanish to the staff (can't have chinese guys learning the secret recipe back there), and english, mandarin and cantonese to the customers. Ignore the stuff in the glass case and ask for a dozen spongecakes. Bring them to work, and you will soon be the most popular person in the office.
