I picked one up at my local AJ's today ($2.79) - chocolate chip w/ walnuts. It was crunchy all the way through. I've never had one of these before - is this how they are supposed to be? If so, I really wasn't impressed.

My bday was earlier this week and one of my gifts was a $100 Amazon gift card. I used it for a Kindle.

Love Panera. Used to frequent them all the time when I lived in Michigan. Unfortunately they have no locations in AZ (although they bought out our local chain Paradise Bakery a few years ago). Whenever I am in a state w/ a Panera location, I always have to make a trip or two.

Must haves: pumpkin muffins, cinnamon crunch bagels, Asiago roast beef sandwich w/ extra sauce.

I usually bring back a couple dozen pumpkin muffins to keep in the freezer whenever I need a fix - did that while on vac in FL last month, in fact :)

They don't "automatically" give you the discount - it depends on whether the cashier remembers. On my last visit, I forgot my coupon, told the cashier, and she said she'd take it off, no problem. When I got home and reviewed my receipt, no coupon deduction taken, so I had to make a return trip to get my $3.00.

Does anyone know anything about the Kirkland instant oatmeal (large box w/ variety of flavors)? I bought a box a few months ago and loved it - much better flavor/texture than Quaker - but when I went back last week only the Quaker brand was to be found.

Then you could heat it and you'd have an awesome chocolate fondue. I love to do chocolate fondue w/ sliced bananas, raspberries, and pound cake chunks. Pretzels are fun to dip too.
