Steakhouse Recommendation for Buffalo

Coming to Buffalo in a couple of weeks for a convention...looking for an upscale steakhouse for dinner one night. Would prefer one that is unique to the area rather than something I can find near home (Long Island). Please recommend on basis of the steaks and the seafood. Thanks in advance!!

Country Cow sounds great. I will be driving through Conn. in a couple of weeks. Do you know how late it's open on Saturday afternoons and how long they'll make egg sandwiches?
