Thanks! I haven't been browning in the pot, since it hasn't been possible in my light Revereware pot - but I do use the 5.5 L "dutch oven" for this (browning, then adding liquid) without the benefit of the stockpot-sized volume. It'd be nice to do it all in one.
Tonight I made a turkey tetrazzini to use up all the xmas leftovers, and ingredients spent a long time in the "dutch oven" (seems more like a rondeau?) before being mixed and baked. It would have been great to have the extra size that a larger stockpot would offer here.
