Thank You! My wife and I did just last evening stop by . I sat at the bar and enjoyed a perfectly prepared portion of fried calamari with a marinara to dip. Others appeared to be enjoying the food .I believe most were full dinners. I try not to stare LOL

My Sicilian born Grandmother also immersed a few whole stalks of celery to reduce acidity. A product she would use when available (Mostly from family or friends) was "Stattu" which I don't see anywhere. Nothing beats a quick cast iron pan Marinara with fresh basilico torn ,oregano and pepper red or black .So preferably simmered with suitable fish and over Percatelli etc would be my choice. Served out of doors. if possible close to the SEA.
