I'll be going to Argentina with some friends next month (June 2014) and will be in Mendoza, Cordoba, Buenos Aires and Bariloche.
We will be looking to go to a parrilla in BA and was hoping to get some good recommendations here. I have seen some postings but the earliest was in 2013 so thought I'd try for something more recent.
Am also looking for any good food/drink recommendations in any of the cities we will be visiting.

I'm looking for the recipe for the garlic avocado sauce that's served with the Garlic Salmon dish at Mikuni sushi in the Sacramento area. I absolutely love that sauce and would love to recreate at home now that I live in Seattle.

Does anyone have a similar recipe to the Cold Artichoke Dip they have at the V Sattui Winery in Napa, CA? It has artichokes, cream cheese and I think lemon, garlic and maybe basil? Thanks!
