Having now had it twice, I can safely say that the Bistecca alla fiorentina for two at Zucca must currently be the best steak in LA. It is a gorgeous piece of meat, perfectly cooked, elegantly carved table side and served with an excellent au gratin and wonderful garlicky swiss chard. If you are a steak fan, I highly recommend giving it a try. If you really want to be decadent, split the Pumpkin Tortelloni with your dining partner as the appetizer. It will be a meal to remember.
