Zhivago? - Russian place in Skokie

Vital Information | Jun 5, 2002 11:18 AM

I recently came into possession of an Entertaiment 2002 book. I actually abhor these books. Nearly all of the places are lousy. Is a free mediocre entree really a good deal? Before you all flame away, I acknowledge that there are a few gems in this book, and who am I to complain since I did not actually pay for it. So, I would like if someone knows anything about a few places that intrigued me.

Anthony Bourdain's recent trip to St. Petersburg only increased my fascination with Russian food. Or is it the free-flowing vodka? Anyway, is this place, Zhivago, worthwhile?

It's at 9925 Gross Point Rd., Skokie, IL
