Zerza - disappointed

Went there with a group of about six on Friday night after hearing good reviews on this board. It took them about 45 minutes past reservation time to clear up a table for us, and the service was sporadic at best. Food was more on the bland side, and the couscous 'sides' that came with the dishes were tiny at best (and completely flavorless). I had lentils with squash, others had some chicken dishes and lamb dishes. Appetizers were ok too, lamb sausages appetizer was a joke, so tiny (I guess that would make a baby meal with that side of couscous). Is this what the best in the city is supposed to be? I thought Le Souk was better, better food, better service, better atmosphere and more fun, too.
