I have a question for you guys. Usually at Zaytoon's I order the Shawarma Platter. It's good, but not nearly as good as I get on the streets of the City in midtown.
What I get on the street is much more moist and frankly more flavorable.
Is that just the way it is? Is there a secret to the meat?
What should I order at Zaytoons? Thanks 'hounds!
