I bought a whole chicken at Zankou and after gorging on it, still have about 2 small tubs of the yummy garlic paste left over. Has anyone had this very unusual problem of having leftover garlic paste and found some creative uses for it? I've been known to lick the container clean in the past but there must be some exciting applications of this stuff. I was thinking of spreading it on fish, maybe sauteing some asparagus or string beans in it. Or perhaps even broccoli... all things I happen to have in the fridge right now. Any ideas?
