Made zabaglione from the L.A. Times recipe a few days ago. OMG, yum! Super easy, and very elegant. The kind of dessert you can whip up while talking to your guests.
I actually learned to make zabaglione when I was about 9 years old. I remember standing at the stove with my grandmother, feeling so impatient while waiting for it to thicken! What a great memory. And the flavor of the Marsala wine the other night just brought it all back.
