With the arrival of a new chef in June and a name change moving on from the izakaya image, let's start a new discussion topic for Yuzuki Japanese Eatery. Chef Kentaro Ikuta comes from Osaka and most recently worked at Sushi Sam's Edomata in San Mateo.
On a Monday night in October, the place was nearly deserted. While we were there on the late side, the talent in this kitchen, the soothing hospitality and the sake list deserve many more fans.
