Yunnan Garden Identity Change

Chandavkl | Jun 30, 2004 04:52 PM

Everybody's favorite Yunnan style restaurant, Yunnan Garden, which originally started out as the Monterey Park branch of Hua's Garden, has morphed once again, this time into Yungui Garden. Not to worry, though, as it seems to be the exact same place inside--no Grand Opening signs, the printed menus still say Hua's Garden, and the take out menus still say Yunnan Garden. Only the business cards and the exterior signs say Yungui Garden. I just hope this isn't one of those Chinese restaurant sales tax scams.
