Yummy Vietnamese @ Irving-SF

Following a previous post: this place is another successful chow.

Combination salad: juliened vegs (carrots, cabbage?, etc), pieces of beef and calamari with slightly sweet and sour dressing. The dressing is refresing and not overly sweet. 4 pieces of crunchy fried flour chips were provided. This is a winner.

Charbroiled pork: somewhat thin pieces of marinated pork that has great smoky aroma and taste from the grillings. Slightly sweet tasting.

Deep fried Vietnamese potsticker is a bit of misnomer. It's more like a deep fried ball mix of crunchy rice and probably some ground tofu and finely minced seafood. It's good.

Chicken with basil was not very impressive. The chicken was not tender and lacks flavor.
