was there for dinner at soigne a couple of nights ago. had the famed yukon salmon for both me and the mrs. the staff sold us on it right from the beginning. can i say wow multiplied by 3!!i think my piece had a portion of the toro attached to it. buttery and full flavored. it was garnished with warm corn, grape tomatoes and basil. simple enough but the sauce added an anchor to make the entire entree harmonious and devine. the sauce was a balsamic syrup and butter reduction. for apps. the mrs. and i shared grilled white maya prawns in pesto and lemon oil. everything was above expectation.
