I was reminiscing about home, and I remembered some of the wonderful hong kong style chow mein at Yuet Lee. I don't know if anyone has recently made a post about it, but green pepper beef hong kong style is still one of my favorite dishes from there. It's sauteed green peppers and beef, and some black bean sauce over some rather perfectly done (in my memory, at least) fried noodles. Simple and tasty. Just a heads-up for everyone who hasn't tried it yet!
