I bought two of these woody tubers the other day and am trying to figure out what to do with the second - I cut up the first one into chunks and added it to a soup like my Colombian MIL does and, as usual, it was delish. Any ideas for something more interesting for the second one??
Btw, after poo pooing it, I wound up making the Grape Jelly/Chili Sauce sweet and sour meatball recipe recommeded on this site two weeks ago for a NYE party and they weren't half bad. Thanks to whoever suggested it!
