not sure how to transcribe this, but essentially it is Korean steak tartare. I have ordered it three times already this week from Sa Rit Gol and my voraciousness is becoming embarrassing. Can anyone suggest other sources? So much the better if they also have terrific eun dae goo jorim and namul. Many thanks.
