New Yorker - Russian Food

The New Yorker did a profile on Maksim Syrnikov in it's April 16 print addition. Syrnikov is a chef, researcher, writer, consultant, and all around standard bearer of traditional, authentic Russian cuisine. The article was one one the most enjoyable, food geek pieces I've read in a while.
