Every morning for breakfast I pick up a container of these fruit parfaits that I've become addicted to. It tastes like a healthy sundae. I've asked the people at 50th Street & Third what they sweeten this with and their answer is that it's naturally sweetened from the fruit. Well, I've tried to make this parfait and it never comes out the same. Does anyone know if a 'syrup' sweetener is added?
Also, this tastes too good to be low-cal. I know granola is high in calories but does anyone have an approximate caloric count - it's a 16 oz. plastic cup filled with vanilla yogurt, fruit and about 1/8 cup homemade granola. Thanks.
