Just bought a couple of cups of Siggi's Icelandic style skyr (strained non-fat yogurt) (yes that is the entire name on the label). It is made (with care! they state) in Chemango County NY. Wanted to try because of the flavors, I got Pomegranate Passion Fruit, and Orange Ginger, and lightly sweetened with agave syrup: but the yogurt itself is so rich and creamy, I never experienced anything quite like it. I even put some on a bagel in place of cream cheese. I got it at Fairway and not sure how widely distributed it is, but if you see it, don't let the $2.50 price scare you off.
