So I asked a question a few weeks ago about uses for yellow plums + peaches. I ended up using the peaches in an oat/pecan-topped bar (the kitchn recipe) and the yellow plums in a plum clafouti. However the plums were so sour in the clafouti it was pretty hard to eat. We got another batch of them this week in our CSA and I am wondering what would be the best application given how tart they are. Any suggestions welcome!
