Need New Year's Eve menu help

I wasn't going to ask for help, I was going to do it all on my own, but...

I have a habit of sometimes planning meals around things that sound good to me in the moment, i.e. "the cheese meal" or "the bread meal!" For New Year's Eve, we're planning on appetizers, and it has sort of morphed into "Asian" appetizers. However, I must be on a meat kick, because so far everything has meat in it! I've planned:

Honey Marinated Beef Satay with Spicy Butter Sauce
Beef and Cabbage Buns (should I do pork since I already have one beef thing?)
Chicken Wings in Peanut Sauce

I would like to have some sort of a dip, but I'm blanking on that one. I had thought about some sort of a stuffed mushroom or a dumpling too, (possibly vegetarian to counteract all the meat) but I don't know. Fruit? Vegetables? Originally, I had wanted to have cheese fondue, but that doesn't go very well with the rest of my meal! And then there's dessert too, but I'm also blanking on that as well! HELP!
