I went to a private party at Marc Thuets soon to be opened restaurant beside Susur. (Susur by the way celebrated New Years a day early with his wife with dinner at Starfish at Adelaide & Church)
Marc had a pre-opening dinner for about 50 friends... he went all out on the food. Full roast pig, beef wellington, oysters, shrimp, saurkraut, racks of venison, too much to mention... think he was trying out new recipes and training his staff.. They should be open in about 3 weeks... cant wait!
