For the New Year's Day open house, we do the typical Hoppin' John, Pork Roast, Greens, etc. This year I am fortunate to have a friend who raised a pig for me, the abbitoir included fresh, (not smoked), pig feet in the cuts,
what is the best way to cook these little beauties?? Thanks Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!!!!!
