New Years Day - menu planning help

I know it may be a bit early but I need your advice folks. We've been holding New Years Eve parties for the past couple of years and decided after last year we needed to shake things up a bit. It was getting a bit routine, good, but routine.

So instead I was planning to hold our dinner on NY Day and do a traditional turkey dinner. Up until this past weekend, it seemed like a great idea and I was really looking forward to it. But after consuming 2 turkey dinners this past weekend I have come to the conclusion turkey puts me to sleep and is way too filling. I need to come up with a main course idea and I want it to be special, but comforting and homey.

I should tell you that normally we have about 10 people over. We've done the beef tenderloin, veal dishes, etc. I'm thinking now of serving either a lobster pot pie or seafood boulaibasse. Whaddya think?
